Ceda Company is a family business providing quality machine tool repair and rebuilding services. Started in 1963 by Carl Morander and his three sons, Edward, Donald, and Allen, the business has evolved from primarily scraping and rebuilding Pratt & Whitney Jig Borers to include most types of machine tools, manual and CNC.

We have maintained a core objective of providing exceptional mechanical services for the machine tool industry. An accurate machine starts with good craftsmanship and an understanding of geometry, alignments, and a desire to work to zero, not merely to tolerance. Ceda Company has concentrated on being better, not bigger.

We offer way grinding, precision scraping, retrofits, as well as spindle, ball screw, and gearbox rebuilding. We also design and construct prototype and special application production machinery.

We are small company with a variety of knowledge, experience, and expertise so we can solve the smaller problems within a tight budget. Honesty, integrity, fair prices and a good working relationship with or customers built this company and these values are as important today as when we started.
